Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Medical Records Specialist for its home health team. This role supports the integrity of the patient medical record by processing signed and unsigned orders, 485s, and other key documents, ensuring all documents are properly saved to the patient medical record.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated computer use, including typing and clerical skills
- Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Six months of experience in medical records in a health care office is highly preferred
Other Requirements
- Valid state driver license
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Dependable transportation in good working condition
- Ability to safely drive in all types of weather conditions
- For employees located in Oregon, driving requirements do not apply unless the employee has a clinical license
