Medical Records Specialist

Integrity Home Health Care

Ensure the integrity of the patient medical record for a home health setting.

Provide clerical support by processing signed and unsigned orders, 485s, and other key documents.

Save all required documents into the patient medical record.

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated computer experience, including typing and clerical skills.

Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Valid state driver license.

Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.

Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.

Ability to safely drive in all types of weather conditions.

Six months of medical records experience in a health care office is preferred.
