The role supports the maintenance, organization, confidentiality, and processing of client medical records while coordinating with clinical staff, compliance leadership, and directors as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and desktop publishing tools
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to operate office equipment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements related to medical records
- Familiarity with 42 CFR Part 2, Mental Hygiene information, and HIV/AIDS-related information
