Collect and verify patient insurance benefit details during scheduling, educate patients on the insurance verification process, and explain estimated financial responsibility prior to visits.
Confirm appointments and provide patients with location details and special instructions.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and medical staff to support efficient appointment scheduling in a healthcare revenue cycle environment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2+ years of customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare experience.
At least 1+ years of EHR system experience; athenaOne preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of remote work experience, especially in high-volume inbound and outbound call environments

Salary up to $20 per hour.
