Medical Records Specialist

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice

Ensure the integrity of the patient medical record and provide clerical support for home health documentation. Process signed and unsigned orders, 485s, and other key documents, and ensure they are saved to the patient medical record.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience using a computer, including typing and clerical skills
  • Basic technology skills, including use of a mobile device
  • Six months of medical records experience in a health care office is highly preferred
  • Valid state driver license
  • Automobile liability insurance as required by law
  • Dependable transportation in good working condition
  • Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
