Responsibilities
- Identify, classify, organize, and index batches of medical records, claim documents, and legal documents.
- Work with an OCR system to organize documents.
- Serve as an integral part of the MSA production workflow.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive material with care.
- Use judgment and initiative to determine the appropriate approach in non-routine situations.
- Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and prioritizing work within established guidelines.
- Adapt to changing business needs with agility and flexibility.
- Balance high quality with productivity.
- Respond effectively in high-pressure situations when needed.
Qualifications
