In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and preparing batches of documentation for medical/legal review. The position emphasizes organization, quality, and precision in a fast-paced environment. This is not a client-facing role, but it does require effective and timely communication with internal staff. You will support an individual-accountability team structure and contribute to an important production workflow.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, classifying, organizing, and indexing batches of medical records, claim documents, and legal documents
- Working with an OCR system to organize documents
- Serving as an integral part of the MSA production workflow
- Handling confidential and sensitive material with care
- Using judgment and initiative to determine appropriate actions in non-routine situations
- Making independent decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing, and prioritizing work
- Adapting to changing business needs
- Balancing high quality with productivity
- Supporting urgent workflow needs when necessary
Requirements & Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and quality-focused
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Ability to work independently and self-direct work
- Highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Flexible and adaptable
