This remote role serves as a key point of contact for patients, helping them get scheduled and prepared for care while maintaining accurate records and a compassionate patient experience.
Operational hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM CST
Location: Remote; must pass an internet speed test and use company-provided equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare experience
- 1+ years of EHR system experience; athenaOne preferred
- 1+ years of remote work experience preferred, especially in high-volume inbound/outbound call environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Strong customer service mindset with compassion and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
