Position Overview
This is an entry-level, fully onsite role supporting a litigation team in a personal injury law firm. The position focuses on obtaining, organizing, and maintaining medical records for personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and organize medical records from hospitals, doctors’ offices, and other providers
- Communicate with medical providers and clients regarding records requests and follow-up
- Review records for completeness and identify gaps in treatment or documentation
- Maintain and organize digital files and exhibits within the case management system
- Ensure confidential handling of sensitive medical information
- Assist with record summaries, chronologies, and billing summaries as needed
- Work closely with attorneys and paralegals on active litigation matters
Training and Support
- Hands-on training provided by the current records team and paralegals
- Ongoing support from the supervising paralegal and litigation team
Compensation and Growth
- Pay up to $28/hour

Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior office experience required; law firm experience is a plus
- Ability to work fully onsite
- Strong organizational skills and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
