In this role, you will contribute to the organization’s mission by compiling, verifying, typing, and filing individual records.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain files and individual records by updating and filing data upon receipt of information
- Initiate records for new individuals served and create a computer index
- Assist in copying and distributing record information per policy
- Maintain a supply of forms, including packet preparation
- Review clinical documentation prepared by program staff to ensure that timecard and clinical documentation coincide
- Ensure accuracy of all data

Requirements & Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of general office experience
- Good computer and phone skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience in medical records
- Experience scheduling appointments
