This role supports patient records management, personnel file maintenance, document flow coordination, and general office support. It also includes ordering DME equipment, maintaining related records, and helping develop and oversee DME-related policies.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Excellent oral communication, customer service, and organizational skills

- Demonstrated computer proficiency using medical software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Experience in clinical records or medical records operations preferred
