Responsible for ongoing system testing to ensure accurate and optimal system performance. Participates in EMR training, documentation entry, and implementation during mergers.
Acts as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders and may travel frequently to support satellite offices, offsite meetings, and merger-related work.
Works in accordance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and departmental procedures.
Education
- Degree in Health, IT, Education, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical oncology experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing PHI or clinical office skills preferred.

- Working understanding of oncology healthcare needs and healthcare records maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, tact, conflict management, and emotional intelligence.
