In this role, you will organize and prepare batches of documentation for medical/legal review. The position focuses on organization, quality, precision, and timely communication with internal staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify, classify, organize, and index batches of medical records, claim documents, and legal documents.
- Work with an OCR system to organize documents.
- Support the MSA production workflow.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive material with care.
- Make independent decisions within established guidelines.
- Adapt to changing business needs while maintaining quality and productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Detail oriented, organized, and quality focused.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Basic technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
