The Medical Records Coordinator supports the end-to-end lifecycle of medical records, ensuring clinical teams have timely, complete, and accurate information to support seamless care delivery. The role is focused on medical records operations and information management, is non-patient-facing, and does not include appointment coordination responsibilities.
