Patient/Member Experience Coordinator

The Patient/Member Experience Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for patients and provides administrative, clinical, and business office support in a concierge longevity and performance health setting.

This role focuses on delivering a high-touch patient experience, supporting physicians and health coaches, coordinating consultations and follow-ups, maintaining EMR records, and assisting with clinic operations. The position also includes sales and retail support responsibilities tied to center performance goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of client- and/or patient-facing sales, retail, or service industry experience with administrative or operational support responsibilities
  • 2+ years of outpatient healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for sensitive patient and proprietary information
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare best practices preferred
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, accuracy, and thoroughness
  • Basic math skills, including division, multiplication, and percentages
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to cover responsibilities when absent
  • Must be neat, professional, and well-groomed
