Patient Registration Coordinator

New Season

New Season Treatment Centers is a national healthcare provider specializing in outpatient treatment for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder.

This role supports clinic operations by greeting, registering, and admitting patients, coordinating appointments, collecting copayments, maintaining accurate registration data, verifying insurance benefits, and obtaining prior authorization as needed. The position also includes administrative support such as answering phones, handling mail, managing supplies, and supporting communication with the Program Director, physicians, and nursing staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or GED

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist, cashier, or related experience
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong customer service background
  • Knowledge of electronic health record systems
  • Medical insurance knowledge
  • Insurance verification experience required
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs
  • Strong communication, reading, writing, and documentation skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
