Support Executive - IHA (In-Home Assessment)

This remote Support Executive role supports In-Home Assessment operations by coordinating administrative workflows, member activities, and provider visit logistics to help ensure smooth field execution. The position emphasizes coordination, data accuracy, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Work schedule

  • 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST or 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST
  • Occasional weekend coverage, about 1-2 weekends per month as needed

Key responsibilities

  • Manage administrative workflows for member activities
  • Coordinate pre-visit preparation, routing, and post-visit documentation
  • Process member letters and communication workflows
  • Route tasks and manage internal queues
  • Support provider operations, including visit coordination logistics and gift card tracking
  • Provide routing and scheduling support for provider visits using mapping tools
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and system updates
  • Assist with payroll preparation activities
  • Complete tasks promptly while maintaining high data accuracy standards
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, dispatching, or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
  • Experience using routing and navigation tools such as MapQuest or Google Maps
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
  • Comfortable working early morning PST hours
  • Prior healthcare or medical environment experience preferred
  • Familiarity with care coordination or provider operations workflows preferred
  • Experience handling sensitive data in a HIPAA-compliant environment preferred
