Patient/Member Experience Coordinator

The Member Experience Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for clients and provides administrative, clinical support, and business office support within a performance health clinic. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional patient experience, coordinating consultations and follow-ups, supporting physicians and performance health coaches, maintaining EMR files, and helping with office operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting patient flow and ensuring a high-quality client experience
  • Scheduling consultations, lab reviews, and follow-up appointments
  • Answering phones, emails, and texts
  • Processing patient requests and maintaining EMR records
  • Coordinating office maintenance, supplies, deliveries, and vendor needs
  • Supporting program close/conversion processes
  • Assisting with sales and retail-related center goals, including cross-selling and upselling when appropriate
  • Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and PHI handling requirements

Minimum qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of client-facing or patient-facing sales, retail, or service industry experience with administrative or operational support responsibilities
  • 2+ years of outpatient healthcare setting experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive patient and proprietary information
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
  • Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
