At Aspen Dental, the Patient Coordinator (also called Patient Experience Coordinator) supports the front office and helps create a positive patient experience.
This role is part of a dental service organization focused on training, career growth, and patient care. The coordinator works closely with the manager and handles daily administrative and patient-facing tasks in the practice.
Key duties include:
- Providing compassionate and professional patient service
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Organizing charts and supporting patient flow
- Verifying insurance and collecting payments
- Balancing nightly deposits and processing credit cards
- Completing other duties assigned by management
The role includes a four-week training program to support success in the position.
