Patient/Member Experience Coordinator

The Patient/Member Experience Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for clients and patients, providing a high-touch, concierge-style experience in a longevity and performance health clinic.

The role combines administrative, clinical support, and business office responsibilities, including appointment coordination, patient communication, EMR updates, lab review scheduling, office upkeep, and support for program closeouts. It also includes sales and retail support such as cross-selling services, supporting KPIs, merchandising, and assisting with center business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of client- and/or patient-facing sales, retail, or service industry experience with administrative or operational support responsibilities
  • 2+ years of outpatient healthcare experience preferred
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare best practices preferred
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive patient and proprietary information
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, professionalism, and integrity
  • Basic math skills, including division, multiplication, and percentages
  • Punctual attendance and reliability
  • Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
