Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-service-focused Medical Records Coordinator II to support the Axis Spine Clinic.
This role supports the clinic medical records function and helps ensure patient charts and information are complete and available to support treatment. The position requires strong communication, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of clerical experience required
- One year of medical records experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office, integrated databases, and related functions
- Ability to relate and work effectively with others
- Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for growth and advancement
- Eligibility for employment in the United States
- RHIT certification preferred
