This role is an entry-level office position focused on patient intake, scheduling, customer service, insurance verification, and front office support. The Patient Care Coordinator helps create a welcoming clinic environment, supports practice management workflows, and works closely with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient daily operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with business office and field leadership
- Ability to multitask and maintain organizational detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with little to no supervision
- Strong time management and presentation skills
Physical requirements
- Ability to work in sedentary conditions in an indoor office environment
- Frequent use of a computer, phone, keyboard, mouse, printers, and copy machines
- Constant repetitive typing and screen viewing
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift or move up to 20 lbs
- Ability to communicate clearly and respond appropriately in various situations
