The Attleboro location is seeking a Patient Records Specialist II for a June start date.
This role is responsible for the effective coordination and organization of materials required for a new patient visit. It provides administrative support and coordination for aspects of patient care for new patients and may flex across multiple disease centers or assist with scheduling tasks.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and organizing medical records, coordinating receipt of pathology and imaging, documenting progress in electronic tracking systems, following up on patient materials with outside facilities, processing paperwork, uploading records, and supporting new patient coordination. The role also involves scanning and reviewing medical records for accuracy, responding to requests and emails, escalating issues when needed, and assisting with document preparation for FMLA, disability, and SSA forms.
Additional duties include serving as a content resource for quality improvement initiatives and assisting with training and mentoring new staff.

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration or a related field is strongly preferred
