Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an onsite Health Information Associate Specialist at St. Clair Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
This role supports medical records and health information management operations by reviewing electronic medical records, tracking missing documentation, and ensuring charts are completed accurately and on time. The position works closely with providers, nursing, and ancillary departments to resolve documentation deficiencies and support revenue cycle workflow.

Qualifications
- Entry-level role
- Must be able to work onsite at St. Clair Hospital
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
- Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred
- Acute care facility HIM experience preferred
- Knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulations preferred
- Must be inquisitive and open to innovation, including use of AI to improve processes
Certification
- CRCR required within 9 months of hire; company paid
