The Medical Records Coordinator at Clinton Gardens is responsible for the successful utilization of the electronic medical record (EMR). This role works closely with physicians, office staff, nursing management, and nursing staff to support EMR use through auditing, analysis, and training.
The position focuses on maintaining complete and accurate medical records, supporting compliance with company, federal, and state guidelines, and helping create a comfortable and engaging environment for residents and staff.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry
- Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care, or geriatric nursing settings
