FlyteHealth is a cardio-kidney-metabolic care provider focused on improving treatment for obesity, prediabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and other chronic conditions through a combined behavioral and clinical care model.
The Patient Support Coordinator will support practice operations using FlyteHealth’s Evolve platform and EMR, with a focus on scheduling, patient records, front office workflow, and communication with patients and providers. Responsibilities include registering demographic and insurance information, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, triaging patient calls, and collaborating with clinical staff to support high-quality care.
This is a remote position that is expected to remain remote for the foreseeable future, though that may change as the company grows. The role follows an EST schedule:
- Monday: 8:30am–6:00pm
- Tuesday: 12:00pm–9:00pm
- Wednesday: 12:00pm–9:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm
- 2+ years of experience in a provider office setting
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or receptionist role for a busy practice
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside within the United States
