As a Patient Coordinator at Aspen Dental, you will support the front office and help create a positive patient experience. You will report to the Manager and handle daily administrative duties in a dental practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate, high-quality patient service
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Organizing charts and supporting front office workflow
- Verifying insurance and collecting payments
- Balancing nightly deposits and processing credit cards
- Completing additional tasks assigned by the Manager
You will also participate in a four-week training program to help you succeed in the role.
Requirements & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ethical mindset
- Strong time management skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Must be 18 years of age or older
