This role supports patient flow and front-desk operations by handling calls, scheduling appointments, collecting and documenting patient and insurance information, coordinating with billing, and performing basic office administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to use a multi-line telephone system and billing computer program
- Keyboard proficiency
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
