Join Texas Oncology as a Patient Services Coordinator supporting the Revenue Cycle Department at the 7500 Fannin Street Suite 1295 clinic in Houston, Texas.
This full-time role works Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The position involves greeting patients and visitors, handling check-in and check-out, answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support in a busy oncology clinic.

Level 1
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some receptionist or office experience preferred
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
- Must successfully complete required e-learning courses within 90 days of occupying the position
Level 2
- Includes all Level 1 requirements
- At least 18 months of front medical office receptionist experience with insurance forms and scheduling software required
- Knowledge of the practice's personnel, daily routines, and scheduling is a plus
Level Sr
- Includes all Level 1 and Level 2 requirements
- At least 5 years of front medical office receptionist experience with insurance forms and scheduling software required
