Administrative Assistant

Hospital Referral Services is seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of managers and employees.

This role is an in-office position supporting daily office needs, including handling voicemails, mailing patient documents, opening and distributing mail, using hospital systems and the internal FACS system, responding to administrative inquiries, and preparing reports as needed.

The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus paid out over a 90-day period and works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Requirements & Qualifications

Three to five years of experience in an administrative role preferred.

A 7-year background check is required.
