Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support daily clinic operations in Irmo, SC.
This role focuses on patient intake, front office support, scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, and creating a welcoming patient experience. The coordinator works closely with clinic leadership to help ensure efficient practice management and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, scheduling referrals and patient visits, verifying insurance coverage, collecting payments, managing deposits and documentation routing, supporting reporting tasks, and helping maintain an organized clinic environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines, and work with little to no supervision.
Strong time management and presentation skills as part of a team.
Ability to operate computers and office equipment regularly.
Must be able to work full time, Monday through Friday, with an expectation of at least 40 hours per week.
Must be able to perform sedentary office work and meet the physical requirements listed in the posting.
