RadNet is seeking a Health Information Team Supervisor to oversee daily health information operations in a patient-focused radiology environment.
The role is responsible for supervising Health Information Representatives, monitoring productivity and staffing, supporting training and coaching efforts, maintaining workflow standards, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
The supervisor will also provide hands-on assistance with medical records processing, urgent requests, subpoena requests, film preparation, referring physician data updates, vendor coordination, and issue resolution to support efficient department operations and quality patient service.
At least 3 years of previous medical records experience.
Candidates should have:
- Excellent customer service and public relations skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Ability to interact effectively with doctors, staff, patients, vendors, peers, and management
- Detail-oriented, professional, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
