Program Administration Records Coordinator

Sevita

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role supports the organization by compiling, verifying, typing, and filing individual records.

The Records Coordinator will maintain files and individual records, initiate records for new individuals served, create a computer index, assist with copying and distribution of record information, maintain forms and packet preparation, and review clinical documentation to ensure timecards and documentation align. Accuracy of data is essential.

Requirements & Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of general office experience; medical records experience preferred
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
