Patient Coordinator

At Aspen Dental, the Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) supports the front office and helps create positive, lasting impressions for patients. This role is part of a dental service organization focused on patient care, support, and practice operations.

You will participate in a four-week training program and work closely with the Manager to handle daily front office responsibilities, patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment processing.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality patient service in alignment with company policies, procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Organize charts and support patient flow
  • Verify insurance and collect payments
  • Balance nightly deposits and process credit cards
  • Complete additional duties assigned by the Manager
Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ethical mindset
  • Strong time management skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be at least 18 years old
