The Gates Foundation is seeking a Program Assistant to support the Immunization Program Strategy Team within the Global Development division. This role provides administrative, organizational, and coordination support to program and operations leaders, with a strong focus on calendar management, team coordination, travel logistics, and communication.
You will work closely with principals and leadership to prioritize scheduling needs, manage high-volume meetings across time zones, and help ensure effective communication and decision-making. The position also supports team operations, knowledge management, events and convenings, travel and visa coordination, and relationships with internal and external partners.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Some experience in an administrative role within a complex, fast-paced organization
- Strong proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Outlook
- Experience with Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI tools strongly preferred
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and balance competing demands
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative work style
- Professional-level French language capability is prioritized
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders
