We are seeking a team member with experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and medical supply billing. Experience with Brightree billing software is a plus.
The role is responsible for billing insurance carriers for respiratory and durable medical equipment from start to finish. The position requires strong knowledge of the medical supply billing process, Medicare and private insurance rules, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a full-time, in-person position with a Monday through Friday schedule and no weekends.

Qualifications
- Experience with medical supplies, respiratory, and durable medical equipment (DME)
- Billing and/or coding experience is helpful
- In-depth knowledge of the medical supply billing process
- Understanding of Medicare and private insurance rules and regulations
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Highly proficient and able to work in a team environment
- Experience with insurance verification is preferred
- Upbeat and friendly personality for in-person and phone interactions
- Experience with Brightree DME billing software is a plus
