We are building the future of clinical documentation and need a detail-oriented professional to review AI-generated behavioral health notes for accuracy, safety, and clinical integrity.
In this role, you will act as a clinical quality guardrail rather than performing traditional billing or coding compliance work. You will review AI-generated records against source session data, identify unsupported or clinically inaccurate content, and help refine note quality through careful editing and proofreading.
What you'll do
- Audit AI-generated behavioral health notes against source session data
- Detect subtle clinical inaccuracies, unsupported inferences, and terminology errors
- Ensure documentation aligns with behavioral health standards and appropriate clinical language
- Work across multi-platform, document-heavy review systems
- Improve grammar, punctuation, and terminology to help train the AI to write better notes
Requirements & Qualifications
Required qualifications
- CPC-A certification from AAPC or higher; CPC, CCA, RHIT, CDIP, or CCDS are also accepted
- Familiarity with outpatient psychiatry, therapy, or mental health documentation
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify unsupported or contradictory clinical content
- Comfort working in high-volume, document-intensive tech platforms
- Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred experience
- Experience with AI evaluation, data annotation, or human-in-the-loop review programs
- Familiarity with telehealth documentation or editing AI-generated clinical content
- Experience in a BPO or managed services environment within healthcare or health tech
