A growing healthcare revenue cycle organization is seeking a proven Director of Sales to drive new business across hospitals and health systems. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on selling medical coding services, coding audit, CDI, RCM, and related provider-side solutions.
The role is remote within the U.S. and is intended for candidates with established experience in healthcare services sales and existing hospital relationships.

Responsibilities
- Generate new logo opportunities within hospitals and health systems
- Sell coding, coding audit, CDI, RCM, and related services
- Leverage existing provider relationships to open doors quickly
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Deliver proposals, presentations, and value-based sales conversations
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
- Build relationships with C-suite, revenue cycle, HIM, coding, CDI, compliance, and operations leaders
- Travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and client development
Required Experience
- Direct sales experience selling medical coding services
- Existing hospital and health system relationships
- Strong provider-side network and relevant contacts
- Experience selling into revenue cycle, HIM, coding, CDI, compliance, or hospital operations leaders
- Proven hunter with new-logo/business-development success
- Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle and provider workflows
- Ability to manage complex healthcare sales cycles
