Getting Started

To create an account, go to https://case2code.codingahead.com/register. Enter your name, email, and password, then follow the instructions to verify your email.

You can access Case2Code for free without an account but are limited to 2 page views per day. Creating a free account increases your daily limit to 5 page views.

Use the search bar at the top of the page. You can search by code, keyword, or description. Filters are available to refine results.

Currently, we offer CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 CM, ICD-10 PCS, and ICD-9 CM. Additional code sets, including DRG, HCCs, and NDCs, will be available soon.

Yes, you can save favorite codes and add personal notes for quick reference.

Yes, each code includes official descriptions, lay terms, crosswalks, and compliance references.

Pricing, Refunds, and Upgrades

You can find information about the pricing plans on the pricing page.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you will retain access to your plan until the end of your billing cycle.

Yes, annual billing is available and includes two free months when you subscribe for a full year.

We accept major credit cards and payments through Stripe.

Data Privacy and HIPAA Compliance

Case2Code follows industry-standard security measures, but we do not process or store Protected Health Information (PHI). Our platform is designed for coding lookups and compliance but should not be used to store patient data.

We implement:

No, we do not sell or share your personal data. We only use collected data to improve the platform and personalize your experience.
