Welcome to Codingahead. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Codingahead.com and any associated services. By using Codingahead.com, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Codingahead.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Use of Services

Codingahead.com provides medical coding lookup services, crosswalks, and compliance tools. You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  1. You must not use the service for unauthorized data extraction (scraping), automated queries, or illegal activities.
  2. You must not share, resell, or distribute Codingahead.com’s data without written permission.
  3. You must not attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the platform.
  4. Violations of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

Codingahead.com offers both free and paid subscription plans.

  • Starter Plan (Free): Limited daily searches, no payment required.
  • Solo Coder & Other Paid Plans: Paid access to additional features as outlined on the pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal).
  • Codingahead.com does not store credit card information.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel anytime, and access will remain active until the end of your billing period.

5. Intellectual Property & License

All the common language content of Codingahead.com, in their tools, layouts, and designs, is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of Codingahead.com without prior written consent.
  • Codingahead.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or business coding research.
  • Any unauthorized use of Codingahead.com content may result in legal action.

CPT® Codes Copyright Notice

The CPT® (Current Procedural Terminology) code set is copyrighted by the American Medical Association (AMA). The use of CPT codes within Case2Code is subject to AMA licensing terms.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with AMA licensing for any commercial use of CPT codes.
  • AMA reserves all rights to CPT code content, and unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Data Privacy & Compliance

We take data privacy seriously. By using Codingahead.com, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  • We do not sell or rent personal information.
  • We do not store Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA regulations.

7. Limitations of Liability

8. Termination of Access
