This position supports claims management and independent medical review processes for workers' compensation, disability, auto, and group health cases.
Must have one of the following certifications:
- CPC
- APCC
- CMBS
- DRG coder certification
Preferred experience and background:
- Payment integrity or professional bill review experience
- Out-of-network bill review experience
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
Required skills:
- Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for performance excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency navigating multiple computer programs, including Google Chrome, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
