We’re hiring remote healthcare coding professionals for multiple openings, including Nurse DRG Auditors (Payment Integrity), Inpatient Coders, and RN Coders.
This role focuses on inpatient coding accuracy, DRG validation, payment integrity, and revenue cycle performance. You’ll work collaboratively with coding, CDI, compliance, audit, and clinical teams in a fully remote environment.
Nurse DRG Auditor - Payment Integrity
- RN required
- National coding certification such as CIC or CCS
- 2+ years of recent DRG quality auditing experience in a hospital or health plan setting
- Strong expertise in ICD-10-CM/PCS
- Deep knowledge of Medicare and CMS regulations
Inpatient Coder
- Active CIC or CCS (Inpatient) credential
- Strong inpatient coding experience
- Preferred: DRG validation, denials, and appeals experience
RN Coder
- Active RN license required
- Active CIC or CCS (Inpatient)
- Strong combined clinical and coding expertise
- Preferred: DRG validation, denials, and appeals experience
