Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- High school graduate required
- Health care courses or on-the-job training specific to hospital or medical office skills is desirable
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a health care setting preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer use, written and verbal communication, telephone skills, and customer service
- Requires on-the-job training to attain job proficiency
Physical Requirements
