Experienced medical biller/coder needed for an interventional cardiology practice.
The role supports daily billing for office visits and diagnostic testing in a growing practice moving into a new office in the S. Buffalo/215 area.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must have 3 to 5 years of medical billing experience.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable, appeals, and denials
- Prior posting experience required
- Data entry and daily billing experience
- Knowledge of Nevada insurance plans
- Experience with eligibility and benefits verification using payer websites
- Proficiency with EMR, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Medical billing certification preferred
