Medical Biller & Coder

We are seeking a Medical Biller to join the team. The role works closely with clients to answer billing questions, process insurance billing forms, collect necessary documentation, and support follow-up inquiries. You will also communicate with physicians' offices and hospitals to obtain records, accurately record patient information, and help ensure billing and payment information is entered correctly.

Responsibilities include processing insurance claims, assisting patients with billing and insurance questions, working with doctors' offices and hospitals to obtain charge information, entering billing and payment data into the system, following up with clients and payments, and handling phone calls and messages while maintaining confidentiality.
