Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida is seeking an in-house HCC Risk Adjustment Coder for its Compliance and Coding department in Fort Myers.
This role focuses on accurately translating provider documentation into ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes, supporting HCC risk adjustment, clean claims, and coding compliance. The position is onsite only and requires residence in Lee County, Florida.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certification such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC or CPC-A)
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with providers and billing staff
- Experience with electronic health records
