Cascade Medical, located in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the Cascade foothills of Central Washington, has an opening for a full-time Outpatient Medical Coder / HIM Technician to support the Medical Records Department.

The Outpatient Medical Coder / HIM Technician is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and assigning accurate diagnostic and procedural codes for outpatient services, while also supporting a variety of Health Information Management (HIM) functions. This role helps ensure coding accuracy, data integrity, compliance with regulations, and timely management of patient health records.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, five 8-hour days. This is an onsite position with no remote option available.

As a public entity, wage determination is based on a 30-step scale tied to years of experience.
