Manage the full revenue cycle for The Villa Health and The Villa Medical Group, including claim submission, payment posting, denial resolution, and provider credentialing.
Work collaboratively with administrative and clinical teams to support smooth operations, accurate billing workflows, and a strong patient experience.

Experience with medical billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and insurance workflows
Knowledge of electronic health records and billing/credentialing software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for working with patients, providers, and payers
Understanding of HIPAA, payer guidelines, billing regulations, and compliance requirements
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
