We are seeking a Medical Biller to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to answer billing questions, process forms required for insurance billing, and collect necessary documentation. You will also assist with client follow-up inquiries, communicate with physicians' offices and hospitals to obtain records, and accurately record patient information.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and comfort spending much of the day on the phone.
