Billing Integrity Analyst

Join OB Hospitalist Group's Revenue Cycle Management team as a Billing Integrity Analyst focused on improving the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.

This role works cross-functionally with coding, managed care, payer enrollment, and vendor partners to reduce denials, strengthen billing workflows, and improve financial performance. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel or in-person presence required for meetings or business needs at the Greenville, SC headquarters.

Key responsibilities include auditing claim setup configurations, reviewing billing and reimbursement data, investigating denials and billing issues, validating billing system workflows, documenting findings and corrective actions, and staying current on payer guidelines and reimbursement changes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required qualifications

  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools
  • Experience with healthcare billing, claims management, and revenue cycle systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and payer contracts
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, claims auditing, reimbursement analysis, or related healthcare financial operations
  • Experience with healthcare billing systems and EMR/EHR platforms
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer requirements
  • Experience identifying denial trends and implementing corrective actions
  • Familiarity with payer enrollment processes and managed care contract requirements
